Movie maker help..

OK so I got the video and learned how to use movie maker live to edit it and make a 4 min video of my flight. I have tried to load it to youtube and it won't take it. It says it doesn't recognize my format?
I am on windows 7 and use Mozilla Firefox.
Any help out there? How can I load my movie to another place?
