Somethig loose inside a rotor blade!?

Cleaning the blades I heard something loose inside the blade that moved as the blade tipped.

Sounds like a small metal object.

What could it be? Is there something inside that could come loose. It is not safe to fly.

Could that be there since the blade was put together, and it is ok to continue flying? Should it be taking out?
