This question is for people experienced with an earlier model Air Command or who have an original (~1990) Air Command assembly manual.
What kind of washer is installed between the spindle bolt head and the spindle bolt bearing? I have two washers - one 0.20" thick and one 0.26" thick. I think the correct one is the 0.20", but I want to make sure it's not too thin for the load. Both washers are aluminum. I think that the "second" washer is the one that came with the Wonderlich pre rotator and is installed between the bottom bearing busing and the torque tube.
When I install the thicker washer under the bolt head, the rotor hub bar is touching the bolt head.
Thanks
