Rick Whittridge makes them; I have one on my Bensen. I can't remember his handle on the forum, but it might be Mr. Fixit.

Thanks, but he doesn't anymore. I'm not sure that he ever made them anyway. I think he was buying them from Britcycle.com. I contacted them, and they don't have them anymore either. The brand was ARD, it appears that is the manufacturers name, not Rick's name. They manufactured CDI magneto ignition systems for Triumph, BSA, and Norton twins. I don't know what ARD stood for, but it seems Rick was buying them and started calling them Advanced Rotor Design. It seems likely that he simply adapted a name to the already branded product.
