My wife hates the airplane but likes gyros...is even helping with the build....I'm not sure what that means.

She will condescend riding in the airplane if she has to go somewhere, and especially if it means escaping a commercial flight. Thinking back, she did help wax one wing of the previous plane...just the once...back in '82, I think it was.

LOL for all ya'll!!!!! But I love my wife and plan on living with her for a few score more years at least, so getting along with her is pretty important! Waiting won't be so bad, I'll have time to save up, get good training and build my own over the course of a few years.....I just need to get all this damned overseas time finished!

I figure that after a(nother) year in Uncle Sams Misguided Children and two or so more as a civilian working over here, I can have the house/car paid off and go to college full time. And spend some quality time "getting high".

More on waiting: I'm but a tender lad of 24, in pretty good health, so if I can finish my 'gyro in the next 40 years or so I figure I STILL have a good 30 to fly. (Thanks modern medicine, healthy diet and exercise!)
