slider head bolt pattern

What is the pattern and center to center bolt spacing on the slider head Ernie makes (for 550 lb AUW machine)

Yes just post the plans on here so we can all use them.

Not interested in the plans but only the bolt pattern to mount Ernies slider head, am at a point where I need these demensions to make the cheek plate patterns, but will use one of Ernies heads when the time comes to mount it.

If you consider time,expense and equipment,I doubt that you could build one for what he sells them for.
