Zephyrhills

Had real bad experiences living in SW Florida. Hurricanes an issue but even worse were the County Commissioners and State Planners.

Went up against both, glad I'm in Texas now in spite of the bizarre laws and politics. You can Zap me, sorry, I know. I said the P word....

In Greek mythology and religion, Zephyrus (Ancient Greek: Ζέφυρος, romanized: Zéphuros, lit. 'westerly wind') also spelled in English as Zephyr is the god and personification of the West wind, one of the several wind gods, the Anemoi.
The son of Eos, the goddess of the dawn, and Astraeus, Zephyrus is the most gentle and favourable of the winds, and is also associated with flowers, springtime and even procreation. In myths, he is presented as the tender breeze, and he is known for his unrequited love for the Spartan prince Hyacinthus.

The only hills I ever encountered in Florida were on roadway overpasses where one highway rises just long enough to cross another and then immediately descends again.

I've heard there's a big hill in Florida next to each outdoor ice rink, where they do the ski jumping (it's by the granite rock outcropping, just past the coal mine).

Actually in the center of the state there is a ridge that has quite a few pretty high hills. Claremont has a bluff that’s 75’ above the roadway below. Dade City also has some pretty big hills. Every time I’m there I feel like I’m no longer in this state.

Next to those Dodge City, Kansas mountains that Matt Dillon and Chester chased the bad guys in.

No doubt a great draw for those tourist base jumpers!
