Rick Waldrop mobile 512-35 zero-7867. He's in Spicewood, TX (about an hour west of Austin).
The story: My neighbor asked me to call Rick about a gyro he wants to sell. Rick bought this wrecked gyro a few years ago with the intention of rebuilding it, but now knows at 75 that won't happen. Apparently, it was stored for a few years already when he bought it. He is willing to sell it all (preferred) or part it out. Make him an offer.
I went to his place where the gyro is stored in a barn and took a variety of photos to try to show what he has available. I didn't look it over too carefully. The data plate says it's a "Modified Brock KB2" built in 2005. Rick said he heard the damage was caused by a botched landing. The rotor blades were damaged, the mast broken off and the prop blades all destroyed as well.
