Well.. i don't know about you but... it seems every time I want to buy something I end up paying a lot of more than expected for something... but when I try to sell things I can't seem to sell even close to what I have into it.... Ebay, forms, facebook market place.. etc etc.

Unless you're buying investment grade securities or real estate, you should expect inflation at purchase time and depreciation at sale. That's just the way markets and capitalism work.

I've never expected to recover cost of anything I've purchased if/when I get rid of it.
