Weird rotation...

If I got it right, this little-known rotation behaviour may appear if a spinning mass has two moments of inertia that are not too far off, like a wingnut... or a coned two-blade rotor (similar to a wingnut in the distribution of its mass) like those that keep our gyros flying...


Let's hope we don't flip over unexpectedly any of these days... :oops::oops::oops:
