Weight & Balance SparrowHawk 1

I just completed my SparrowHawk I kit and am having issues finding proper forward and aft limits to complete my Weight & Balance for my DAR in order to apply for my AWC. I found information for SH Iii but need CG limits for SH I. Thank you!

Is there anyone out there flying a SparrowHawk I with EJ25? I would like to connect with other SparrowHawk aviators. Thank you.

Skyking: I am near completion of a sparrow I with EJ25, be happy to connect with you. I'm thinking the SH I had the EJ20 so may not have supporting documentation for the 25. Mine is a 2003 EJ25 with cam upgrade built for flying in the Salt Lake Utah 4000'MSL area where I bought my basket case, unfortunately I haven't run it yet. Had to build my own wiring harness, would like to compare notes on the makeup of yours.

Correction: 2.2L not 2.0, and did use 2.5 but maybe not later model 2.5 like my 2003 which is why I didn't get factory wiring harness. Maybe. I'll look at my documentation for something.

I am on course to getting my SH 2005 Model with a ej25 inspected in the next few months.
My only set back has been the Weight and balance info to submit for AWC.
Also happy to help with any harness questions I had some issues with mine and worked it from the ground up.

You can get the SparrowHawk manual in digital form, for FREE! See here:

He will send it to you on a thumb drive. Just cover the postage. Send your thumb drive to him, or he'll use one of his, if you return it to him. Unbelievable, but a few have done the latter way & they haven't returned his to him!

I believe he said that the manual covers all versions SH: l-lV.

Brent Drake over a couple of states west of you, in Indiana, has said he has trained in a SH.
