Wanted Smart Avionics PB4

About two years ago, I trained Carlos, a young Spanish graduate engineer and gyro pilot, to use the Smart Avionics PB4. He has now graduated and bought his first gyro and is looking for a PB4 to track and balance other gyros. He was without a doubt one of the brightest guys I've trained and would be a plus for the community.
Because Smart Avionics are still struggling to get some components to re-start manufacturing PB4, if anyone has one that they don't use and would be prepared to sell it Carlos would be interested so please PM me.

He gave me the email of someone selling a PB4 and I passed this on to my young Spanish friend Carlos. Carlos bought the PB4 but it was a scam.

Sad to see we have scammers preying on us, glad to see a positive outcome on this Mike.

Have recently seen and experienced a real surge in online scammers. Always check email addresses as a primary/basic step anytime you suspect an online scammer.

Move your cursor just to the right of the shown email sender and it will show you the full/actual address which gives a better indication of who is actually sending you this 'offer you should not refuse', 'details on the parcel you have been waiting for', 'massive lottery win' or any other greatly desirable offers they are peddling.

When I buy something from a member on a forum I too check their posts. I often will PM others who may have purchased from them to see if it went okay. Get pictures with current dates from the seller if not local. I would only buy from people in the USA. Also call them and talk in person!
