VW Tractor project for sale--$5500

This project is mostly complete and close to flying.

Needed to finish: rotor blades, control rods, a few instruments mounted and a
pre-rotator if wanted.
I have the rotor head with a new bearing (not in photos). The prop and EIS system is both brand new.
The engine is from Ron Herron's Little Wing and runs well. The fuselage was built by Michael Guard. I purchased it from Gary Hall a couple of years ago.

I have two airplanes and two other gyros at present so this project needs to go.

What size is the motor and fuel tank?

In this economy it is taking more than twice as long to sell anything and longer for some goods and services.

I've had property on the market for over 2 years and have never received so few offers and at 1/2 the price I'm asking.
