I have found a range of torque values for the 5000 series Aluminum tubing used in certified production aircraft but nothing on the softer 3/8” 3003. It seems the normal torque values are 1/2 that of the harder 5000 series but this had been verbal and no written mention or chart found when searching under 3003 or Versatube. I have initially torqued my fittings to 85 inch pounds.

Yes he was taking the value for the minimum of the 5000 series and I found also where some were suggesting 1/2 of the value. I expect 110 inch pounds is a good number but in reality that is a guess. So whatever that doesn’t leak works. I’m am using EZ turn not as a sealant but more of a lubricant.
