My frame wasn't powdercoat but some of the other parts are. I just wanted to make sure it is starting with a good seal. I used epoxy for both the prime and print. It is hard stuff.

It was a 8 hour day to fit, dill, and pull the two HS. In the one photo you can see clamps to help hold it in place you need 6 hands to put the back skins on.

I will cap the rudder and vert fins with glass to round them out some and keep junk from setting in there.

Glass will cover the end gaps on the HS and the big holes on the vert fin.
Glass will come to a point under the engine and around the Batt.

Will they be perm or removable?

The covers for the rudder bell crank will be used to mount the pos. lights. run the wire down the tube.

remember to put a connector. Murphy you mmount everything and now you need to pull the rudder out.
been there dont it.

I did plan to put plugs on mine but too lazy. now dont let blades the flap they will hit you left rudder uper side. and it hearts really deep.

I like 2 Tone. Also, very visable colors I think.

windshield can be raize 4 inches with no problem. I am planning to raise mine more. Makes a lot of wind reduction

New rear cover

New rear cover

New rear cover. My Al. skins would not line up so I will make some that will come to a point under the motor. This should clean the air getting to the prop.
