With much sorrow I must sell my 2013 Dominator. I have large medical bills and a wedding to pay for.
Gyro "Stupendous" is a tandem Dominator with the Viking 110 fuel injected, water cooled engine. The Engine and machine have 103 hours total (as of this posting). I purchased it with 43 hours on it and have made several modifications.
1. Added coil over shocks (great addition)
2. Added nose pod and wind shield (machine did not have it)
3. Added Compass, Fuel Gauge, Keyed Starter
4. Replaced wiring with aircraft grade wiring
5. Replaced Rubbermaid electrical box with Aluminum box
6. Upgraded Oil tank to vikings newest oil tank and plumbing. According to Viking this has added a 300% in manifold breathing. Oil tank also supplies oil for the upgraded gear box.
7. Upgraded aluminum flywheel with steel flywheel (along with new rubber drive links)
8. Added LED landing lights
9. Added over the shoulder Seatbelt and harness for both front and back seats
10. Mounted permanent intercom system that is powered off gyro battery
11. Replaced seat covers with black covers and padding.
12. New paint job for tail and nose pod.
This Gyro is water cooled with a oil cooler. It has the 72" warp drive propeller, 28' Dragon Wing rotor with the Heavy Duty Rotor Head. The Viking engine has backup fuel pumps and ECU. Hydraulic pre-rotator, Tail has Nav & Strobe light combo. There are separate lighted switches for: EIS, Radio, Nav light, Strobe light, Landing light.
Gyro comes with Radio, 2 Helmets with headset & mics, and Trailer (trailer rode fantastic all the way from southern Texas to northern Indiana).
Machine is running GREAT! I started soloing in it the of summer 2014. It was then I noticed cracks developing in the flywheel at the Mentone PRA convention and stopped flying. Ordered Viking's upgraded flywheel and oil tank. Spent winter upgrading machine. Started up flying again in April 2015 - have flown 23 hours since then and will continue flying till sale of machine.
"Stupendous" has always been hangered and maintained.
Check out pics (one of machine prior to upgraded nose pod) and a walk around video (video was summer of 2014, prior to flywheel & oil tank upgrade).

Again, I don't want to sell her, but because of huge bills I have to. (Unless there are any generous wealthy benefactors out there :roll eyes:
Asking $29,500 for ready to fly, great machine with all accessories.
