Recently completed Tandem Dominator with low time 912ULS 100hp. Comes with IFly GPS, 2 headsets with comm, MGL in dash radio, full instruments & gauges, 69" Warp Drive, approx 4 hours flight time, and new seat covers. Does NOT come with rotors. Wow. what a great price for a 2-place and with a 912!!!
Someone should buy this before she is gone!

It's no guarantee since they can be replaced or painted, but black valve covers would normally indicate 912UL (80HP). Green is 912ULS (100 HP). 914 and up are usually red, though blue seems to be appearing also.

Ooops should have opened the pictures, I was just being a smart arse pointing out that S and ULS are not the same thing.
Both 100 hp but the S is a certified version while ULS is non certified.

Adding my 2¢.....Dave Seace is one of the most knowledgeable gyro pilots' I know.
He has built several units over the years including working a number of years manufacturing
rotor heads for a gyro company in Fla. His experience in our field is top notch. Anything he
builds or (in this case) has built is of prime and pristine quality which is equal to or better
than some of the large manufacturing firms. I would be totally content buying one of his
aircraft. This one has a few hours and is a proven airframe. Were I in the market, I would
snatch this up. Price is well below it's value in my opinion. Wish you could keep it Dave.

I did not see an N number on the tail. What would a purchaser have to do to get it registered since the purchaser would not be the builder.

It becomes a group build. In a group build, you must pick only one of the builders as the builder named on the top of the form as THE builder of record.
We had a group build for the ARGON 915. Dave Bacon, Ron, and me.
Dave and I built most of it Ron is the owner, builder of record, and the one willing to assume liability as the builder if when he sells her.

You fill out the 51% build form with the actual people who built each portion in each section on the form.
For this one, it would mostly be Dave in all the sections on the form.
Even if the new owner/builder only helped for an hour he can still be the person appointed to be the builder by the group.

PS:
With group builds selecting the builder...
It is often the one willing to assume the liability of being the registered builder. Which is often the one with the least wealth at risk.

For anyone interested, I have a BRAND BRAND BRAND new set of Sport Rotors. They are 8" cord by 28'. They are stunning and come with the original shipping box. Besides Jim Vanek flying them after production, these blades have NOT FLOWN!

As this Dominator needs blades... Consider mine.
