Suzuki motorcycle motor with shiftable redrive driveshaft transmission

He put in a lot of work into his machine. And very nice work on the trailer as well. Nifty.

Everything looks very innovative and well thought out.

He should be proud.

Im confused, There seems to be two videos of the gyro and a test flight. One shows no redrive, just a car axle and bearings and prop on one end, using the engines internal gears to do the redrive part. then another video where it looks like a geared reduction separate from the engine?

Like many build it goes in a few different stages, so it's probably what happend with some pic's some are new updated and some are from the old setup.

The first video is with the common redrive with a belt. From what I understand he had an issue with that redrive. So then he makes a redrive using the transmission of the suzuki and a driveshaft from a vehicle. The first test flight using the driveshaft resulted in the boot torn apart here.
