Good luck with that. Liability is not easily avoided by a two word incantation in the ad. That's especially so when selling a complete, assembled aircraft for one listed price really makes it look nothing at all like a parts-only sale.

I'd consider getting the buyer to sign a disclaimer of all warranties as to design, construction, materials, condition, performance, reliability, airworthiness, suitability for any purpose, and safety, (plus anything else you can think of) on behalf of the buyer, the buyer's heirs, and any assigns. Might help a little, although there's no real bullet-proof shield in most jurisdictions.
