Sport Copter service.

I just want to say thanks to Jim Vanek. I have a Sport Copter Vortex with a 618 that had a vibration. I had a little cabin shake and he gave me info on exactly what to do. I had questions on balancing, tracking etc. He told me it most likely was tracking and to do that first. I worked on it today and got most of the shake out of the machine. That said, the reason for the post is that Jim was very interested in my issue and resolving it. He was spot on on his theory and told me to don't ever be afraid to call him. He wants to help. I did not purchase the kit from him but bought it used. Didn't matter to him, he still wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
I truly think the Sport Copter is the best gyro built. It's built in the USA, and has excellent service.
