Pretty sure Tom Milton ([email protected]) supplied the cast fork with brake pad attached. It was only necessary to drill a 3/16" hole to mount it. I installed a proper size rubber wheel for application without having to reach up and flip something. Made a stopper of the proper thickness rubber for it to apply enough pressure. It worked well for 19 years at least. You had to write your own POH since every aircraft will have its own personality. Send me your direct email address and I can send you what I wrote and used.
