What is the plywood you are using?
Okoumé three ply "for outside", thikness 3 mm

How is the pitch set? Is it built in?
Pitch set: 3,5° (relatively to zero lift line)

is a 70cc motorbike engine isnt capable to fly?
Its speed is 70km/h

Sindhi, the engine powering this gyroplane is 497cc, 50 HP. This is about the minimum safe power for a small gyroplane of this weight.

The best I could do, it is with this aircraft. 160 lbs (empty) Engine 1 cyl. 12.8 cu, two strokes Propeller 28" 5700 rpm. About 12 hp:

This is my prototype JCD 03 "Pelican" built in 1990. Cruise at 47 mph.

Can you post a photo of a side profile of your gyro? And also the tail control stabilizers?

Wow, I just looked on the French forum .... some guy who doesn't fly gyros is arguing with the builder....

Interesting, he made wood blades, they go the opposite to ours.... clockwise looking down... cant wait to see it finished :)
