Greetings.
With a lot of posts recently around prior blade designs, blade twist and such, I decided it was time to release my Razor Blades production video.
This is a remastered version of a video I submitted a couple years ago to the LAA / CAA to try to get my Section T certification in the UK.

Full transparency here. If someone wants to take this and develop their own blades, well so be it.

The time, effort and money we have invested into the development of Razor Blades is not something I would expect too many others would want to pursue for such a relatively small market, but, who knows....

There may be a few little details withheld, but not much.

I have a very full schedule. I'll respond to what I can, but hopefully the video says enough.
Thanks and enjoy!

Denis

Let's see, Denis...next you'll build an extruder.

Denis glad you got away from laser cutting thin Aluminum sheet metal. It in fact changes material properties significantly next to the edges, For thicker parts its fine.
I wish you could extend your jigs to handle 28.5-foot rotor blades and hopefully do 8 to 8.5 inches chord one day.

I’ve seen Denis setup and he took the time to explain its operation. What’s impressive is him leveraging his mechanical skills in manufacturing processing equipment to gyro manufacturing. Hard for me to wrap my mind around the details that lead to perfection.
