I'd like to do a deep-dive into the Ovation Guitar guy (Kaman) and Kellett played into the intermeshing of intermeshing rotorcraft history .

Interesting useless trivia... There is a Bolivian instrument (Charango) that is about the size of a Ukulele, similar, but uses an armadillo shell for the rounded body.
I think this is the first "Ovation" type instrument and have wondered if it inspired the Ovation guitar....
