This is Salena, Gary's wife.
I have met a few of you but not all.
It brings me great joy and sadness to tell you that Friday around noon Texas time, our heavenly Father decided He was ready to give Gary a new body and a new life singing in His heavenly choir with John Bass and those before him.
We were in London UK, touring with our Marvin choir family and had just finished our last planned concert.
The short version, is we were walking back to the bus, the group was way ahead of our pace, I got a cab, which wound up taking us to the hospital rather than the bus, when I asked if he was OK and he said, my heart.
The cab had us at the London Bridge hospital in under 10 minutes.
Gary was concious and able to tell them it was his heart when we arrived.
My love, Gary, was taken home very swiftly and I believe without pain.
We had a wonderful week together, and Gary went home with a grand slam.
He sang better than I had ever heard him Thursday night in Oxford when he did his solo, and then Friday sang in our last choir concert in a London cathedral full of magnificent stained glass, which he loved.
We will celebrate his life when I'm able to get his body released to fly home.
Thank you for always being there for him.
You meant the world to him.
In Christ love, Salena Buster.

Sad to hear of his passing he was a nice guy.

Condolences to his family and all of you who knew him.
