QUESTION Used Rotax 914 price?

Anyone have any idea what a 914 with around 200 hours is worth? It just went through an annual at an FBO.

CPS is selling the 914 at $30,000.

At a 2,000 hour TBO that makes for $15.00 per hour which would it at most $27,000.

Assuming the engine Is complete.
