I noticed the under the Primary Category certification regulations it says the if an aircraft is built under the supervision of the primary certificate holder, it is issued a Special Airworthiness certificate.

I'm wondering if this means that if you build one of the three AutoGyro aircraft that now have PC certificates using the builder assist program, you can get an SLSA certificate? Or is it only the factory in Germany that is deemed to be the primary certificate holder?

No. It’s not SLSA. SLSA is coming in a couple of years with MOSAIC NPRM
