Chuck, good pictures, didn't take you that long to rebuild, that's good.
What altitude do you fly at when crossing forrests? I usually try to stay at about 1500 agl when I am not flying above the farm. We have LOTS of trees here in Ga also, but thankfully in the area I live in there are more cow pastures, and about 16 airstrips in the county! :p
 
Dave, I want that magazine too. So please let us know as soon as you find out which issue it'll be in.

Scott, It depends on whether or not I can see a pasture or field from where I am. I have to admit that sometimes I feel that I am not near high enough. Here lately, it's been so hazy, I have been staying close to roads (or a pipeline) and flying my usual 500 to 1,000 feet AGL.
