O-100-3/ 4318F "MAC 90": Connecting Rods

Here's a shot of what I've got for connecting rods on my MAC 90. Apparently from what I've learned these are "E" rods where the crank shaft end is designed to "float" laterally on the crank shaft being only restricted by the width of the journal on which it rides. Another clue as to these being "E" rods are what appear to be some sort of copper alloy washers on each side of the wrist of the connecting rod acting as bearings between the connecting rod and the piston. Although I didn't look at it really carefully, the wrist end of the connecting rod had what appeared to be a single piece roller bearing pressed into it.
