Very sad, a exceptional person.
He had just finished a book, and it was at the printers. Will it still be available

Norman and James Ketchell landing on a highway in Alaska Canada during a thunderstorm...

It was a privilege to meet Norman and shake his hand at a UK record fly-in in 2017.

Rest in Peace, inspirational gentleman.

He was and continues to be an inspiration for me for gyros and adventure flying in general. RIP Norman and condolences to his family.

I knew him briefly. Norman was a good man, and fine representative for gyroplanes. He lived with courage and elan. My sincere condolences to his family. I shall miss him.
