All your remarks points 1 through 5 can take place, but our practice proves otherwise. Our chief pilot has had a "trial lesson" with all engineers who took part in the design of the helicopter, all have passed the trial lesson of helicopter management, no one was uncomfortable. He was comfortable and practical. Moreover, it was observed that under the tandem scheme, the cadet acquires the skills of independent piloting almost twice as quickly (there is no babysitter nearby ).Training in a 'cobra' was after you had several hours in a UH1 - As a trainer you lack the pilot instructors interaction with the student,
1. can't see his reactions to task
2. can't see how student interacts with the task at hand
3. can't anticipate students actions on controls
4. unable to use nonverbal communications
5. unable to see the stress on student
All the instructor sees is the back of his head - accidents in tandem seating aircraft due to CRM issues higher
Tours, No one will want to sit alone on a tour and a 'cobra' is a service platform without it's weapons.

Until you get your TC this is all academic . Provide 'test flights'? Is that an offer?
I have done initial, Production & Maintenance Test flights in the past. Have you managed a proper test card system?
The zoom, climbs and turns are nice for PR but we all know what the real tests are
Helicopter VV2 is designed in classical single-rotor configuration with 4 bladed main rotor and 2 bladed tail rotor. Czech Turboshaft engine PBS TS100-ZA is installed on the helicopter. Fuselage of the helicopter is a monolith composite structure and is a main load bearing element, to which all units and aggregates are attached. Helicopter has a wing, which increases speed characteristics and unloads the main rotor which thus increases the fuel economy. Crew compartment is a two-seat tandem scheme. Crew seats, control sticks, control panel and other equipment is installed in the crew compartment. Control panel is installed in the nose part of the cabin and there is a display for the second pilot, mounted in the front pilot seat back. Collective pitch control system and cyclic pitch control blades has a rigid mechanical connection with the swash plate. Control system of the tail rotor – mixed. Crew seats are equipped with safety belts. Shoulder and waist belt provide reliable fixation of crew on their places. Side windows are equipped with small windows in addition to mandatory heat system ventilation. The helicopter has a skid-equipped landing gear made of titanium alloy. Skids have brackets for installation of detachable wheels, designed to move the helicopter on the ground. The helicopter is currently undergoing tests. Previously, we can talk about the overhaul resource of 2000 hours. The engine has an TBO of 2000 hours.In today's market service life is a big factor both for private & quasi government organisations.
