Hello members. Thank you for allowing me to join your group. I have been a huge rotorwing fan for many years and have owned quite a few aircraft. I was browsing the groups posts several weeks ago, and saw a video from YouTube that I posted a while back. It was of my McCullough J-2 Gyro plane N4321G, which is now in Europe. I’ve also owned a TH-55 (Hughes 269A) and a 269C model. I have commercial Gyro and Commercial Helicopter ratings. These days, most of the lifeline is done in a Legend Cub, which is similar to the old Piper J-3 Cub’s.
I retired as director of the Southern Museum of Flight in Birmingham, AL six years ago. During my time there, I was able to acquire a potentially flyable Mi-24 Hind. It’s in beautiful shape and is on display indoors, if you are ever in Birmingham.
