NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A TRACTIVE AUTOGIRE "EKOLOT TOPAZ"

Here is the beginning of the construction of a tractif autogyro from a multi-axis ULM cell of the brand EKOLOT model TOPAZ.
It is a microlight aircraft which was overturned by a storm in the south of France. I bought the wreck to transform it into a TRACTIVE AUTOGIRE.
The particularity is to use the attachment points of the wing to fix the mast of the rotor (this is the 2nd exercise that I transform into a tractor)
The pre-rotator is a RAKET thermal engine (9 kg, 15 hp) compared to the electric drive: the number of pre-rotate is not limited by the capacity of a battery !!!!

Hi Rene - that looks an interesting project. Nice strong composite fuselage.

Ekolot have built approx 100 examples of the KR-030 Topaz - do you know the serial number for your example ( as an example S/N 030-03-06 went to France as Dept "37-AEI" - )

the hour meter shows 185 hours
