Worthless without the airworthiness unless you want to ask the faa for a duplicate. Probably another hapless sole who thinks selling it without the paperwork relieves him of liability. Just my 2 cents.
Scott, SOME people might feel that the Gov't has gotten to big for its britches and MAY have decided that they just aren't going to follow any more paperwork laws that have no moral basis.
I know a few people who have applied that thought process to firearms registration laws.
The FAA will soon be facing the non compliance problem as the Connecticut Legislators and the ATF are.
I think if it is safe and flown in a private manner it could be very useful.
