Hey Fellas,

Anyone have a rotor blade cut portion off a Hughes 269/300 Schweizer A&S 18 Mccullough ?

I am making a buddy a blade box for transportation and it would save me a little work if someone could snap a pic "normal" to
the cut. I'd need the thickness at max and the chord dimension.

Thanks.

Bryan,

Somewhere within the dura matter of my cranium, the number of 6.75" for the cord on the Hughes 269 rotor blades. Don't hold me to that figure because I'm not even 80% sure.

You could purchase one of these 10" contour gauge tools, and then measure a rotor blade.

In the end, the airfoil link that Jim provided might be the best bet.

The reason I provided the link is I don't know the chord of his blade and although the 269/300 and McCulloch are the same, the A&S 18A is twice as big.

Thanks guys. I didn't even think about using that duplicator tool. Thanks.
