My home airport will be KLCI which is at 545 ft MSL and the typical flying temperatures in the summer is about 65 to 80 degrees F. My MZ 202 was shipped with 195 main jets and 2.76 needle jets. I suspect that these will be too rich. What are other MZ 202 owners using and at what altitude? I realize that my actual engine operation and EGT/CHT temps and Spark plug color will determine the proper jetting required but I'd like to order some to have on hand to make possible changes without waiting for shipping.
thanks,
Mike

My old hanger mate had a MZ202 on his trike. They were the Bing 54 carbs. He went according to the chart in the CPS catalogue on the carbs and never had a problem.
It's almost exactly like the 582 settings.
Thats a starting point anyway......good luck.

Mike I ran 185 main, on the second notch between 5900 & 6000 static using 100LL. I am at sea level.
