Helicopter looks pretty intact. Bent blades of course but the tail is there and rest of it all looks to be there. Looks like perhaps it caught a skid and tipped over or something. Pilot maybe didn't have his seatbelt on?

Pretty much looks like a dynamic rollover. He was not wearing a helmet.
