"AQP, or Advanced Qualification Program, is a training and evaluation program used in general aviation to improve the safety and proficiency of pilots and other aviation professionals. AQP is a performance-based system that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement, as well as collaboration and communication among all members of an aviation organization. AQP is designed to be flexible and adaptable to the specific needs and characteristics of different types of aviation operations, and it is implemented in accordance with regulations and guidelines established by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States. By participating in AQP, pilots and other aviation professionals can enhance their skills and knowledge, reduce the risk of accidents and incidents, and promote a culture of safety and excellence in aviation."
