You may want to consider Mosquito aluminium helicopter blades which are being made by Rotary Flight Dynamics (USA). Another possible way is to ask at AirCopter (France) - they manufacture extruded aluminium blades for light rotorcraft including helicopters. One more is Gyrotech/RotorTech companies (Poland) splitted recently. They make composite blades which can suit your task.
