Mazda 13B Engines / Parts

Hello. I am just here trying to help my uncle sell his 13b parts he had gathered with the intention of using in aircraft but never got to put in action. Location is Roanoke VA and must be picked up.
I don't many specifics but will post photos and please don't hesitate to ask questions or want more photos. His desire is to sell the entire lot in one sale and is asking $3000. Thanks for reading.

You need to get details because on first glance, it looks like one possibly complete engine and parts for another.
All with unknown history, or condition. You would have a tough time getting $500 for the whole lot unless you can prove condition.
Even if the intact engine is a fresh rebuild, it has very little value unless the builder is a known guru, or it can be seen running.....
