Harry,

Usually it is both. However, it is going to be chilly (below 50). For here, that is enough deterrent to flying in or hauling a machine. Many of our members come from quite a distance, and hauling a machine for 5 hours just for show and tell is a bit much to ask.

We do have a fine venue for flying, but the March get-together is always "iffy" weather-wise. There will be a couple of machines on trailers for discussion, but I don't expect flying this time.

That said, if you are in the area, stop by! If not, I see you are coming to Bensen Days, and I look forward to catching up with you there.

AHHHHHH! What's Wrong With You, Weatherman!

AHHHHHH! What's Wrong With You, Weatherman!

OK...two weeks ago March 2 was projected to be sunny and 67. Then it dropped in temperature daily until the projection was for 50. OK...not too brisk to be about if it is calm and sunny.

As late as last night, the forecast was for 49 and sunny. I look this morning and they are saying SNOW SHOWERS! We haven't had snow all winter. They pick the one day we are doing a meeting and project SNOW????

It isn't fair.

This would be a really good time for them to be really mistaken.

Well, a bit of good news. It seems the rotten weather won't hit us until Saturday PM. That works!

Now, if they can keep being wrong a bit more, it won't get really cruddy until Sunday!

Great! They've removed the snow nonsense from the forecast and pushed the rain forecast back to evening. We should be good to go for tomorrow morning!

I guess I can pull the pins out of my Voodoo Weatherman doll now.

Steve: I can get you a nice telephone pole Voodoo doll to stick pins in if you want. And from henceforth, I shall refer to the "B" word as "turbulence."

What a great get together! If you missed it, you missed out. Great people, gyros on exhibit, loads of quality hangar chatter. It was cold, but that didn't stop us a bit.

Thanks to all who attended!!
