M24 Option Help

Considering an M24 purchase and trying to figure out some of the options from the website: https://magniusa.com/assets/LISTINO_2020_USA_kit34490.pdf

What is OPT 044 Silencer for 845 Euro?

What is OPT089 Glovebox Copilot for 300 Euro?
I flew an M24 and it had a glovebox so assuming this was the option.

If you specify the Dynon HDX 1100 single or dual screen does it come with:
ADS-B in/out with antenna
Transponder with antenna
GPS receiver with antenna
GPS database with airports, navaids, data, etc and is there a subscription to update it monthly or whatever the cycle is
Does it have a database for GPS approaches under VFR
Is it just one Com radio or two?
Can you add the Dynon autopilot servos for cross-country

Thanks for any help.

Let me suggest not to forget a pair of good noise-cancelling headphones. They are a necessity, since the M24 is very noisy...

Yes. Had them on my flight last week and they were great.

I believe the "silencer" is a muffler/radiator configuration to make the engine somewhat quieter – required in parts of Europe.
Can't tell you about the Dynon setup, but if you have the Trig radio, you can monitor the standby station while talking on the primary, and it's just a one button push to toggle back and forth between the two freqs; you won't need a second radio.

Noise-cancelling headphones seem nice, and quiet, but there are some drawbacks (besides the price). 1) if you have standard GA jacks, you'll be needing AA batteries (or similar), which can (will) run out of juice at inopportune times. 2) it's a good thing to be able to hear a certain amount of engine noise, I think. Otherwise you'll never know when your engine starts to sound a bit odd...
I'm not flying an M24, but I use a "passive" headset, which needs no batteries. It blocks out most of the noise, but not all. Its main drawback is I have a hard time hearing people on the ground after parking, at least till I get my helmet off... :)

I have tried at least three models of passive headsets with my M24, and they weren't enough. The noise-cancelling set I'm using now (Bose) works reasonably well. You still hear a lot of engine noise, but it's survivable. I also tried the Lightspeed Zulu headphones, but the noise cancellation wasn't good enough.

And yes, that of the batteries is a nuisance. I always have a couple of fresh batteries within reach, in case I need to change them while in flight.

I also fly an open ELA. With it, passive headphones work quite well... No need for electronic cancellation...

The problem with all the ANR headsets is that they target a lower frequency of lower RPM engines whereas Rotax runs at roughly twice the RPM and twice the frequency range they target. Doesn't mean it does nothing but it really does not do enough.
You might want to put a sound dampening material on the firewall because I am sure the problem is engine noise hitting the metal and creating an echo like situation making it worse than even open cockpit. Kind of like a building having a tiled floor versus one with carpet.
