looking for feedback on pitbull gyrocopters

Hi John

Can't speak as a Pittbull flier or builder, but am a tractor enthusiast (building own) and saw a Pitt at Mentone one year, was really looking foward to seeing more but they did not go well. There have been a couple of builders and fliers that did well here on the forum but only after some notable mods, can't remember right now what they were.

For my observation the short falls were here,--- very high stance ridgid tail wheel ( could get wobbly and squirrely) wire braces main gear (try to stay ultralight ??) H-stab and vertical needed re-design. THE BIG POSITIVE was the effort at half shell fuselage design. The one that had the most luck with the Pitt had a forum name like "Pbool" or "Bpool" or something like that, flew his quite abit but with mods.

Hi markham:

I too am interested in the Pitbull. I want the 2 seater and was wondering if anyone has any experience with it. Have you had any input from forum members off line?

Thanks,
