it contains:
- TIG welded frame in stainless steel INOX 304 50mm x 50mm tubes with all components for support, attachments, 4x point support for Rotax 912/914 with rubber bushing ;
- rotor head control system with all tubes, rods, spherical rod-ends attached on frame, adjusted;
- set of 2x pilot and 2x passenger pedals with all rods, spherical rod-ends preassembled and attached to the frame, adjusted ;
- wheels 400mm x 100mm with chambers, adjusted;
- brakes (CNC parts in ALU, anodized) ;
- canopy (epoxy composite body with ~10% of carbon fiber for reinforcement where necessary, could be painted in ANY colour of your choice / bi-color) ;
- 2x sits (front and back, epoxy composite with ~40% of carbon fibre for reinforcement where necessary, could be painted in ANY colour of your choice / bi-color) ;
- cover for front and back sits (in water proof textile , bi-colour , could be colour combination of your choice) ;
- safety belts (4x points or 5x points - on demand, normally preassembled, but could be just given in the box, you will need to attach them) ;
- tail (epoxy composite with ~15% of carbon fibre for reinforcement where necessary, could be painted in ANY colour of your choice) ;
- 2x (!) fuel tanks (left and right) (it is treated by epoxy composite only, it is not treated with SPECIAL TREATMENT - THIS IS IMPORTANT - you will need to treat them inside wit fuel-resistive protective coating, otherwise I don't give you warranty that it last for 5 years and more with no leak !). Fuel tanks are NOT PAINTED (for easy fuel control in case no sensors are installed). Both pre-assembled with input/fuel outs and level meter port ;
- 2x plexies for wind glass (3mm thickness, UV protected);
- cockpit plate (epoxy composite, black-mat colour, IMPORTANT: no electronics, no avionics - you need to do it all yourself !) ;
- pre-rotator parts (CNC, in ALU anodized, assembly for Rotax 912-914) ;
- flexible shaft (only metal CORE cable, I will guide which hydraulic cable SHIED to choose - it is not expensive and you could find it locally near you easily);
- pre-assembled rotor head with gears, bendix and bendix axe. It comes with Rotor Brake ;
- engine and brake control (for pilot and passenger, pre-assembled ALU parts anodized).
- propeller (3x blades, 1720-1750mm for Rotax 912-914. Made in Ukraine by small local provider with metal protection 0.8mm thick on the leading edge. It is very performance propeller - we are very satisfied for 2x place enclosed machine with it !)

If you ever find a way to ship these to the U.S. You could probably sell several here. We will always have the home builder wanting to build their own as apposed to purchasing a $70,000 kit and this would make a great option for them.

Well if only it had the FAA's 51% approval you could likely sell a bunch of them over here.
 
True Brent, but for would-be builders not familiar with the process, it doesn't look possible you could document 51% given what you start with.

There probably aren't ten DARs in the country knowledgeable enough about the recent changes in the gyro checklist to trust with an inspection of a kit like this. Getting on the approved list gives you a checklist you know will get you there, and removes the risk that your DAR would locally misinterpret the rules.

Getting on the list also guards against policy changes while your build is in progress, as the FAA appears to have grandfathered kits from previous lists when changes were made.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like these will be manufactured or marketed in quantities sufficient to make it cost-effective to get on the FAA's approved list.
