kb-3 tail (shaft tape)

Hi if im not mistaken ken brock's kb-3 tail use some sort of Teflon tape at bottom of the rudder shaft for better friction ,anyone have any idea where I can buy some thank you

I am not sure, but I think it was Delron, not teflon
