Ken Brock placed the lever to actuate the pre rotator on the right side of the seat. So actuating the PR and using the throttle leaves no control of the rotor disk. I took the recommendations to move the lever to the cyclic. I also noticed all the other gyros had the PR (if manual) on the cyclic. I ended up making the cable myself from bike components. Aircraft spruce told me they could not do it as did other cable creating company’s.

The lever for the PR on my Aviomania is on the left side control cluster along with throttle and rotor brake.

There is more than one way to do it. Glad you found a way that works for you.

On mine the throttle and pre rotator are side by side on my left side. Tom Milton set it up for me so I can advance the pre rotator forward over center and it locks on. When the rotor is up to speed I momentarily take my hand off the throttle and pop the pre rotator handle up.
