Jim & I had a nice time flying around the area yesterday - checking out the Kansas spring landscape - from 900ft! I had the Gopro taking stills on the nose-mount on "Festey"!
Our daughter-in-laws sister & husband are building a new house …I got some update aerial shots for them!
After a very dry winter we rejoiced to get a nice couple of inches of rain in the last week … everything had greened & freshened up nicely. Field corn is sprouted … wheat is heading … bromegrass(hay/pasture) is growing -at last!
I was extra vigilant in the skies & kept good altitude …as the crop-dusters ..were seen in the area …spraying the wheat for fungus!
