Jean Claude, your wood rotor blades are beautiful

Hi Jean Claude , If you don't mind and have the time would you post some information about how you built your wood rotor blades?

Quite a few people on here built wood rotors along time ago. However there are alot of us who still marvel at how they are made.

For the newbies would you mind taking up through how they were constructed, and pictures of the process if you have them?

I haven't had a chance to test my blades yet. The gyroplane is finished and now I have to build a trailer to transport it.
The spar and the leading edge is made of exotic hard wood (Sipo), the skins are made of Okoume plywood,
glued with Structan (plyurethane) one-component glue
To obtain a conicity of 2.5° in flight, the XC35 steel blade is screwed to the spar by means of wood screws every 70 mm.
To position GC at 26% of the chord, lead is poured into diameter 7 mm deep holes 20 mm deep drilled every 17 mm.
