If Solidworks were free to you, would you use it/want it as a PRA member benefit?

Do you want a free copy of Solidworks drafting software?

In my dealing with Solidworks to offer it as a raffle prize w/ a 3-D printer. I ask if they had a program for charities to provide members with a free copy.
They said YES but at a cost to PRA.

So I need to know if you would even want Solidworks?

I use SolidWorks at/for work. Great program.
EAA has offered free-to-members SolidWorks for several years. I expect it is not the 'full-power' version (I have not verified).

Thanks for the info, my friends!
Solidworks called me back from my email.
But when I explained we were a charity. He said there is a special program for charities and he would have that department call me back.

It's a spitball. It will stick if PRA can afford the yearly cost. I love to give things away! That my reward for doing all of this for the community benefits coming soon.
