Quite a list of builders here. Great full size pictures also.

I see Anthony Spagnoletti built one. How is he doing with his ?

Can I see if there is someone around me with one ? (flying or not )

Anthony sold his sometime in the last year, not sure who bought it, but I know they are overhauling it. He had somewhere around 350 hours on it when I looked at it 2 1/2 years ago.

Chris- I had read an article about Anthony flying his Helicycle almost daily on his commute to work. He had a beautiful black/red machine. It was a dependable work horse for him. I seem to think he bdought a larger certified helicopter, but I may be wrong. Stan

Yeah Stan, I saw the pictures. I love the Helicycle & am so dissapointed that my brother changed his mind & let his deposit go !

It is a REAL chopper, you know it !

So.....7th run ? How many per run ?

How many have been sold ?

Chris- there is typically 40 per run, and my run#5 and alll the previous were sold out. The current #6 run was taking longer to sell out and last I heard there was still one available. Well over 200 have been sold. But there are many fully delivered kits out there that just need their owners to get busy and build them. It simply takes trying to do something on it every few days, and it will get built. Trouble is many let months go between touching them. There simply will be some that never will get built. No surprise here as I see that happen with all kinds of gyro projects also. Many gyros out there just never will see air under their tires as they simply don't build themselves. Stan

Chris- I believe real close to 60 Helicycles are flying.....but....they passed 5000 total flight hours on the fleet earlier this year. That is a lot of hours of less than 60 ships. Mark Whistler has around 700 hours...but someone else is approaching 1000 hours...cant remember the name.

I can honestly say I dont have so much as a fleeting thought of building any other rotorcraft for myself. Just want to fly mine and have the fun of modifying it for years. I wish every helicopter pilot could at least experience one flight in a Helicycle. They might be surprised.
